The weekends are built for sports, and Middletown has a plethora of sporting activities through schools and through Middletown Valley Athletic Association ! We are lucky to have so many opportunities to get outside and play - whether it is on the field, walking on one of the many in-town walking paths, playing pickleball, taking a yoga class, working out at the gym, or hitting the nearby Appalachian trail there are opportunities to stretch, work out that stress, relax, get back to nature, and enjoy being on a team! It's great for the soul and one of the reasons Middletown is a fantastic place to live, work, and PLAY!!! ![]()
