The fun just does not stop when you are in Middletown! As August begins and we start looking towards the beginning of a new school year in September, there is that urge to pack a lot of adventure into these last few weeks summer fun. We have a few ideas for you!

Every Friday in August, we are featuring a Mystery Photo on our Facebook page. Come stroll Main Street and try to locate these small secret places! We are also starting a series of Facebook posts called Touristy Tuesday that will run for the rest of summer and into fall, with tips on creating memorable outings perfect for a Stay-Cation.

If you are looking for events, we have those too! Tuesday, August 7 is National Night Out and Middletown is once again joining in this movement to thank our local emergency personal. Meet at the Middletown Fairgrounds for food, music, face-painting, moon bounces, and of course, interact with local emergency personal, and watch safety demonstrations.

Main Street is also very excited to host a new event on August 25 called Middletown Pride-Valley Wide Community Pep Rally. What could be better than to kick off the school year with a community pep rally? The evening will have a parade with local athletes, school teams, and the Knights band. Other activities include mini-sports clinics, Do-It-Yourself Smores Stations, and a Rock Climbing Wall for the more adventurous, and much more! For complete details click here.

We encourage you to check out our Calendar of Events and check it often as events get added.

We hope you join us for these Dog-Days of Summer and enjoy Main Street Middletown!
