Updates and Getting Ready for Spring!

Updates and Getting Ready for Spring!

Check out the fun pictures below from our February Business Mixer!  Thanks to everyone who attended!  We appreciated the discussion, comments, and feedback!  And to let you know that we hear you, we have made updates to our website per your feedback (check out the business listing for links).  We are also forming a Parking Task Force to brainstorm ideas about parking in the downtown – especially with the streetscape project right at our doorstep!

With this chillier than spring weather, we are looking for those signs of spring: the burst of flowers, the hints of warmer air, and the crack of the baseball bat!  Starting April 2, come visit the new exhibit at Town Hall’s Heritage Museum featuring Middletown’s own baseball star, Charlie Keller!  Haven’t been to the Heritage Museum in Town Hall?  It is new and was developed as part of the Town’s 250th celebration.  The room features a cool collection of Middletown memorabilia, historic photos, and an awesome drone flight.  The Heritage Museum at Town Hall is open during normal Town business hours, M-F, 8am-4pm.

The first annual Coloring the Street  is on Saturday, April 28th!  We think with the upcoming construction, we need to enjoy our Main Street in a totally different way – so we are breaking out the chalk, having artists decorate West Main, and giving folks the opportunity to do so too!
